  This is a liar seller, who refuses to honour my 1111 FOC purchase, despite me having paid for the shipping cost successfully. Both Qoo and seller are pushing to each other, with neither taking the blame. Both parties said each other cancelled the order, and it was due to a system glitch. My credit card has been charged, but yet no pillow is forthcoming. I have already reiterated that i do not wish for a refund.

Hi, qoo10 help centre says it’s you who cancelled, and told me to liaise with you. If i do not receive a pillow, i will file a scam marketing and scam seller police report against you.
